Appointments

To schedule a consultation, please fill out the following information.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 pm. New patients are seen by Doctor Beck or Doctor Brink personally unless you prefer to be evaluated by one of our patient counselors. Most new patient consultations take between 45 minutes and one hour, and are scheduled as time permits. There is a $100 fee for new patient evaluations that can be applied to the cost of your surgical procedure.
