The Trimm Way Program is a natural way of losing weight.

How does the Trim Way Program work?

  • A Reading of your body fat composition is taken.
  • We find out how many calories you burn daily
  • We find out your basal metabolism (how many calories you burn while sitting still).
  • We design a balanced diet for your needs based on calories you burn and your basal metabolism.
  • We schedule 1–2 15 minute visits per week with a Trimm Way coach via phone or office.
  • We work with you to identify the behaviors that make you overeat.
  • We teach you how to eat at restaurants.
  • We teach you how to entertain or be entertained.

Maintenance program – one visit per week – included only when your goal weight has been achieved. Additional maintenance may be purchased – $195 for 5 weeks or $375 for 10 weeks.

You may extend your program for: $220 per month, $415 for 2 months, $605 for 3 months, $780 for 4 months or $920 for 5 months.

One hour consultation, body fat testing, two check-in visits available – $285

Nutrition program available for children 7 years and up and teens.

A long-distance program via phone and fax/bi-weekly phone appointments.

You can make up an appointment in the same week if you cancel prior to 24 hours before appointment.

Any program may be, with advance notice, put on hold for up to 1 month for vacation and medical purposes only.

Grocery Store Tours (45–60min) $150 (locally only)
